Open the door, get on the floor everybody walk like a dinosaur!

It has been all about dinorama in Kindy over the first few weeks of Term 4. Learning to speak fluent dinosaur is very tricky, however the children know how to pronounce most of the scientific names better than their teachers.

Airport: children can only dream about the places they will go. So far we have flown to Rottonest, Africa and Busselton.

Hospital home corner: We are so lucky to have all our Doctors, nurses. lifeguards and paramedics in the world.

Initial sound focus: recognition and letter formations

So far we have focused on the letter sounds: k b v e j and n

The children get introduced to the capital letters and names, however, more focus goes on learning the initial sounds the letters make and learning to recognise the lower case letters.
